Refund & Cancellation Policy

Effective date: 10 April 2026

1. Subscription Model

Proplo operates on a month-to-month subscription basis with no lock-in contracts. All plans include a 3-month free trial that does not require a credit card to start. Billing begins only after the trial period ends and the subscriber has opted to continue.

2. Cancellation

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us at support@proplo.co.za or by calling 083 787 6651.
  • Once cancelled, your account will remain active until the end of the current paid billing period.
  • No further charges will be made after cancellation takes effect.
  • You may export your data at any time before your account is deactivated.

3. Refunds

  • Because every plan includes a 3-month free trial, customers have ample time to evaluate the product before any payment is taken.
  • Refund requests made within 7 days of a charge will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
  • Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method via our payment provider, Paystack, and may take 5–10 business days to reflect.
  • Refunds are not available for partial billing periods or for months where the service was actively used.

4. Disputes

If you are unhappy with the service, we encourage you to contact us directly before initiating a chargeback with your bank:

We aim to resolve all disputes within 5 business days. If a chargeback is initiated through your bank, we will cooperate fully with Paystack's dispute resolution process and provide transaction evidence as required.

5. Downgrades

You may downgrade your plan at any time. The downgrade takes effect at the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for the remainder of a higher-tier billing cycle.
